Federal Organization of (ex-) Users and Survivors of Psychiatry in Germany (Der Bundesverband Psychiatrie-Erfahrene) is a German public association working in the psychiatric field. It is partly funded by the German Ministry of Health. The Association conducts progressive policy in psychiatry. It actively strives to eliminate public taboos and stereotypes on this subject and for lobby for changes in the law. In 2003-2005 the Association publishes the guide for people who have experienced psychiatric problems, Tips and Tricks: How to Deal With ‘Crazy-Ness’?.
